StarrLine.com started in 2009 when we couldn't find a coat for Starr Da Dogg. What the pet stores both big and small offered were too big or too small. We needed the "Goldilocks" just right fit. So we made custom coats for Starr and other pups. 

We enjoyed making custom coats for dogs large and small. but the humans we met said "what about blankets and pillows for us and our pets?" And then the felines asked "what about about something to wear about town?" And the CatJacket was born.
